Hemet is located in western Riverside County, south of San Jacinto, in the San Jacinto Valley. The city of Hemet is increasing the number of entertainment options available. The Ramona Bowl, an outdoor amphitheater, a Regal Cinemas, and the Historic Hemet Theatre, constructed in 1921, are the three main venues. A downtown transit village with a Metro link station at its heart is one of the developments proposed for the region. It will be located north of the city Centre and include residential, retail, and park space. A train museum, a historical walk, and a farmer’s market and market hall might all be included in the station.
